30 days from the day you register. There will be no charges to your card during this period, with the first charge applied automatically at the end of the trial period.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Should you cancel, you will still have access to the system for the time you have committed to. For example, if you request a cancellation during the trial period, you will have access until the end of the trial period. Subsequently, your access would be revoked. If you request a cancellation during your annual subscription, you would have access until the end of the annual billing cycle. Subsequently, your access would be revoked.

The best way to cancel a subscription is to create a customer support request.  You can expect a response from us within 1-2 business days. When the cancellation has taken effect, you would be notified.

You are able to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan. The changes will take effect at the end of your current commitment period. For example, if you request an upgrade from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription, you would complete the current billing cycle for the monthly subscription, and following this, the next subscription cycle would change to the annual subscription.

The charges would be pro-rated based on the outstanding period of the current billing cycle. In subsequent billings, you would be charged the full amount automatically with each subscription renewal.
